ALL PLAYERS are required to play equal time EACH GAME
Pay the same, Play the same.
It is RECREATIONAL. All players should have equal time to participate, REGARDLESS of skill level.
Have you ever spent money and your child only plays 3 minutes out of 36?.. you don't have to.
FABL does not honor requests for carpools or coaches at any level
Historically, as early as grade 1, carpools have been used as a means to stack teams.
We know it's not everyone, but honoring 1 means honoring all, and the volume is just too great to keep balance.
We also do not allow head coaches to select their own assistants.
Sometimes this is done for positive reasons.. but not the majority
No concerns here over coaches trying to pair up 3 of the best players together simply to win.
We form our teams through yearly ratings evaluations,
making every effort to balance teams as equally as possible.
There is no exact science, but we eliminate all possibilities of bias.
Our division leaders are not allowed to manage a division in which they coach or their child plays.
