Boys Senior (B912)

This division is exclusively boys, grades 9-12.

 

This division holds evaluations in November.  No one is cut.  Players are rated on ability, and height is measured.  These metrics allow coaches to form balanced teams.  Coaches do not select their own teams.

 

We do not allow carpools at any level.

 

This division only plays games.  Teams do not have practice.

Ball size:              29.5 inch

Location:             St. Stephen’s Church (Historically)

Frequency:          Twice per week

Duration:             One hour

Weeknights:        One weeknight (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)  /  Start Time:  6pm/7pm/8pm/9pm

Weekend:            Saturday  /  Start Time:  On the hour, starting between 10am and 8pm

Tournament:        Yes

Awards:               Trophies awarded to the to the tournament winner and runner-up

 

 

With minor exceptions (outlined in our division rules) this is the level where it resembles traditional basketball.  We use referees and hold official games.  Scores and win-loss records are kept.

 

Playing time rules apply, based on the number or players present for a team on game day.
