** NEW FORMAT **

We are switching to fast, focused, 30-minute small-group sessions.

How It Works: Your Quick Guide

To make this as stress-free as possible, we have condensed everything you need to know:

• Two Sessions Only (Per Division): Evaluations for each division will be completed across just two evenings.
• Personalized Time Slots: Your player will be assigned a specific try-out date and time for one of the 2 available sessions. (example: Sunday, October 4th at 1:15 PM).
• Guaranteed Communication: We will post these times on our website, email you directly, and even follow up with a phone call to ensure you have all the details.
• Quick Check-In: Please arrive just 15 minutes early so we can verify your player's height, hand out their number, and hit the ground running.
• Fast-Paced Fun: Your child will join a small group of 15 peers for a focused, high-energy session lasting 30 minutes or less.

Why Your Attendance Matters: Keeping the League Fair

We need your help to make this season a success. Every single player matters. When even one or two players miss evaluations, it directly impacts the fairness of the entire league.

Missing data makes it incredibly hard to balance skills, which accidentally creates heavily lopsided teams. We want to avoid frustrating, uncompetitive games where kids feel discouraged. Getting your child to evaluations is the number one thing you can do to help us create a fun, balanced league where every player can compete and improve.
